Blowers

Lamson and Hoffman multi-stage cast iron centrifugal blowers offer clean, dry, oil-free air or gas without pulsation at low noise levels. Efficiency is built into every detail of construction to ensure lower operating costs. These units are designed and manufactured to exacting tolerances and performances specifications. Performance testing is in accordance with ASME test procedures. Sound level and vibration analysis are available. Installation is simplified by eliminating the need for special support, foundation grouting or anchor bolts. Service and installation are available nationwide as Lamson keeps a complete stock of replacement parts on hand. By their very design, Lamson centrifugals are self-governing and their power consumption will vary with the work load. Gardner Denver Air Blowers are a natural for wastewater treatment diffused air systems, fine and coarse bubble systems, digester gas boosters, grit chamber and pond aeration in both industrial and municipal applications.

Aeration Control Systems

Gardner Denver supplies monitoring systems to compliment their blowers and exhausters. The monitoring systems utilize the latest computer technology to eliminate problems often encountered by the use of mechanical monitors and analog gauges.

·         SmartMeters are available in eight different types from a basic surge monitor to inlet/outlet air temperature models. All models are computerized and have a digital LED display, making them easy to read and provide an accurate reading every time.

·         MultiGard is a programmable system that replaces multiple SmartMeters. The entire control system features individual blower system panels, with data and setpoint presentation which will protect the blowers in the event of a problem.  The MultiGard will interface directly with plant SCADA and process control systems.

·         D.O. Control systems including PLC based blower control package with automated basin valves, dissolved oxygen sensors and related components to start, stop, ramp up, ramp down blowers and distribute air to meet air flow or DO requirements.

·         VFD Drive Control systems to increase efficiency of centrifugal blowers and optimize aeration processes.
