The patented
“Hydro-Pulse” system mixes an entire basin with no moving parts in the
liquid. It is simple to install and
operate while infinitely adjustable.
Power consumption is 50% less than other systems with 100% online
standby capability. Mixing intensity is
variable and scalable to any tank size and configuration. The mixing process is non-shear and does not
entrain oxygen into the contents.
Channels and tanks can be mixed without odor stripping. Wetted parts are stainless steel for corrosion
resistance. Compressed air is the source
for the Hydro-Pulse. The compressor size
is determined from the volume of the tank and the number of bubble forming
plates required. Standard packages and custom
systems are available.
